Welcome to the Nursing Home Net, a web site designed for use by nurses, care assistants and other professionals working within care home setting. This site has been created to provide easy access to information, documentation and educational resources relating to palliative care of all residents irrespective of diagnosis.

Although this site has been created for use by care homes in the Kirklees and Calderdale areas, anyone working in the care home sector is very welcome to browse, however  If there is any information you regard as useful but not on the site or you would like  to comment on the information please contact Rosaleen or Julie.

If you are from outside the Calderdale and Kirklees areas, contact numbers for your Specialist Palliative Care Services will be available from your local Palliative Care Teams, Hospices or District Nursing Teams.
